Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused, and resalable condition with original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
